The Wenzhou–Taizhou section of the Zhejiang Longliwen Expressway is a mountainous highway spanning 56 kilometers, characterized by a high bridge‑to‑tunnel ratio and a diverse array of bridge types, earning it the nickname “the Bridge‑and‑Tunnel Club.” Among its components, the Hongxi Super‑Bridge stands out as the most challenging segment, crossing a V‑shaped canyon whose valley floor lies some 230 meters below the bridge deck, making its construction one of the most demanding in Zhejiang Province. Situated within a steep‑sided canyon, the structure spans a deeply incised V‑shaped gorge. The bridge employs a prestressed concrete short‑tower cable‑stayed design with a main span of 265 meters, utilizing three different strand sizes—15.2‑37, 15.2‑43, and 15.2‑55—for a total of 128 cables, along with 1,243 tons of epoxy‑coated single‑wire steel strands. Zhe’an is responsible for supplying the cable‑stayed cables and providing installation services for this landmark project.

The Shuanghe Super Bridge is located in Jintang Town, Qiaojia County, Yunnan Province. It is the largest cable-stayed bridge with a hybrid tower–girder system in Yunnan and one of the key, control‑critical projects along the Geqiao Expressway. Following the opening of the Geqiao Expressway, the drive from Kunming to Qiaojia has been reduced from 4.5 hours to 2.5 hours.
With a total length of 705.6 meters, the Shuanghe Super Bridge is a steel–concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge featuring a span arrangement of 208 m + 356 m + 140 m. The cable stays are available in six specifications—250-31, 250-37, 250-43, 250-55, 250-61, and 250-73—totaling 108 cables. A combined 821 tons of epoxy‑coated single‑wire steel strands were used, and 108 sets of externally mounted, permanent‑magnet‑controlled magnetorheological dampers were installed. Zhe’ao was responsible for supplying the cable‑stay products and providing cable‑stay installation services for the Shuanghe Super Bridge.

The Qiandao Lake Bridge is a lake-crossing structure located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, spanning Qiandao Lake. It is a key project within Chun’an County’s transportation plan to build a road network characterized by an inner ring and outward radial connections. Construction of the bridge began on September 28, 2002; the main bridge was joined on August 16, 2005, completing the full line; and it opened to traffic on September 20, 2005.
The Qiandao Lake Bridge stretches from Yangguang Road in the west, crossing the Qiandao Lake waterway, to Jixian Road in the east. With a total length of 1,258 meters, the main bridge spans 928 meters and features a vertical clearance of 14.5 meters. Each side has a 1.5-meter-wide pedestrian walkway. The foundation piles supporting the main piers reach depths of 53 to 64 meters, setting a national record for both water depth and pile length among deep-water drilled‑pile bridges.
During its construction, the Qiandao Lake Bridge achieved three domestic firsts: its superstructure employs a 915-meter continuous V‑shaped pier prestressed concrete continuous girder system, making it the longest such continuous span in China; its substructure utilizes a flexible steel‑pipe pile–concrete rock-anchored pile system with high‑pile caps, a first in China; and the concrete-filled steel pipe piles were installed using a “planting pile” technique, a novel method applied for the first time nationwide.

The Apengjiang Super Bridge on the Qianzhangchang Railway comprises a short‑tower cable-stayed bridge, rigid-frame continuous girders, and prestressed concrete cantilever T-beams, making it China’s first high‑span, high‑speed railway bridge with a short‑tower cable-stayed design. The bridge has a total length of 1.36 kilometers and is designed as a double-track structure.
The main towers stand 173.7 meters tall, with a span arrangement of 135 + 240 + 135 meters, forming a twin-tower, twin-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge. It employs 500 tons of single‑wire epoxy‑coated steel strands, using anchorages in three specifications—ZM250-55, 61, and 73. The entire bridge is equipped with 88 cables, each fitted with an external permanent‑magnet–controlled magnetorheological damper.
Zhe’an Company undertook the supply and installation of 490 tons of epoxy‑coated single‑wire steel strand cables for the cable-stayed system, along with the corresponding cable anchorage assemblies.
