Shaoguan Shaozhou Bridge
Shaogzhou Bridge has a total length of 1,027 meters. Its main bridge is a single-tower, double-cable-plane steel–concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge, with an arch‑shaped tower. The main tower stands 109.5 meters tall, and the bridge deck is 44.5 meters wide.
The Shaozhou Bridge is a single-tower, double-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge with spans of 33 m + 102 m + 183 m. The stay cables comprise five specifications—15.2‑43 to 15.2‑91—totaling 52 cables, and are supplemented by 15.2‑37 horizontal elastic cables, LZM7‑85 wind-resistant cables, and LZM7‑109 longitudinal temporary consolidation cables. A total of 383.4 tonnes of epoxy‑coated individual wire strands were used, and 52 sets of externally mounted, permanent‑magnet‑controlled magnetorheological dampers were installed. Our company was responsible for the supply of the stay cable products and the associated installation services.
